Mesquite Flat Scraper

Our flat scraper tool is hand carved in the Hill Country from Texas mesquite, one of the hardest most stable hardwoods in the world that won't shrink or swell with humidity fluctuations, that is ideal for cast iron!  Our scrapers are made exclusively from locally sourced Mesquite logs that are salvaged from land clearings in central and south Texas this material with a dark, rich color, is the ideal choice for kitchen tools.  

The strong flat edge sets this tool apart for getting those delicious bits up while deglazing a pan or clean stubborn residue from your skillet. The angled edge and hardwood construction are perfect for cast iron cooking.
