Brisket Slicer with Texas Mesquite Handle

We are excited to introduce and offer an extremely limited release of this Brisket Slicer knife in collaboration with Texas Sage Forge.  Largely used for slicing briskets or larger cuts of meat in a single pass.  Slicing with this long narrow blade ensures the flavor and juices remain in the meat.

Forged and shaped in Texas from reclaimed steel from a 1940’s era farm plow blade found in Fredericksburg, Texas at Legend Hill Enterprises these heirloom quality knives will last. Paired with a Texas mesquite handle this custom hand crafted knife will elevate your chef game while getting you rave reviews.  Additionally each knife will come with the custom leather sheath shown in the above images.
